About Me

My name is Vinayak Arjun Mundhe, and I am the founder of Aarmin Art, established in Mumbai in 2014. My journey in the art world began with a deep passion for helping collectors acquire meaningful and historically significant works of art. Over the years, I have had the privilege of advising and guiding art enthusiasts, institutions, and private collectors in building collections of lasting value.

I specialize in masterpieces created by some of the most influential artists in history, including Pablo Picasso, Claude Monet, Marc Chagall, Amedeo Modigliani, David Hockney, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Banksy, as well as works by the Old Masters. My expertise spans more than a century of artistic achievement, from the 1870s through the 1980s, covering movements from Impressionism and Modernism to Post-War and Abstract Expressionism.

My academic foundation was laid at Mumbai University, after which I pursued a course in Modern Art History at the Städel Museum in Frankfurt, Germany. This education allowed me to immerse myself in European and global art movements, sharpening my ability to understand and interpret both artistic value and cultural significance.

Since founding Aarmin Art, I have also had the honor of serving as a consultant to leading galleries and prominent collectors in Europe and the United States, offering strategic insight and curatorial expertise. For me, art is not merely about ownership—it is about connection, legacy, and the dialogue between history and the present.

Outside of my professional life, I dedicate time to my personal growth and well-being. One of my passions beyond art is swimming, which I continually strive to perfect as a way of balancing focus, discipline, and renewal.
